So what’s the deal?

The Cedar Breathwork and Soundbath is an intentional experience that helps you connect deeply with yourself. This event begins with a brief meditation leading you into a guided breathwork session set to a curated playlist, meant to help you move your energy.  After breathwork, there is a period of integration through a soundbath where some people experience deep rest while connecting to oneself. This is where the magic happens. Allow yourself to let go of stress, release tension, and access deep states of relaxation and inner contentment. 

Sound has been used for generations to restore harmony in the mind and body. Whether vibrations, chants, instruments, modern music, science has demonstrated the profound impact sound can have on a physiological and psychological health. Sound works in harmony with breathwork to promote physical healing and emotional release.

Cassie creates an immersive experience helping to release stuck emotions, and connect deeply to yourself. The carefully curated music helps us move past the critical mind to sink deep into ourselves, accessing our own self-healing. Individuals have noted a deep personal shift during one session.

Breathwork and Sound healing

  • 1:1 Experience

    A 75- minute guided breathwork and soundbath experience meant to help you unlock and release stuck energy. Curated to a playlist specific to you, we will use an active breath technique to help you drop into clearing. Individuals emerge rested, connected and often with new insights. Can be virtual or in person.

  • The Experience

    This is the signature 75-minute group breathwork experience. Clients generate a collective effervescence through guided breathwork set to a curated playlist. The experience closes with a delicious soundbath to allow all of the work to settle and integrate. This is typically where the magic happens.

  • Group Soundbaths

    An incredible 60-minute experience curated for small intimate groups or large corporate teams. Designed to give groups time to relax, reset and emerge with space and capacity for life.
